Please Note: 

Due to the unique nature of small-batch ceramics pieces may not appear exactly as shown on the shop and may vary in size, color, and glaze consistency. 

All items are final sale. No returns or exchanges, with the exception of shipping breakages.

If your piece(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damaged box and broken piece as soon as it is received to fikaceramics24@gmail.com. Either a refund will be issued or you can have it replaced. Item refund or replacement will not be issued without photo documentation. Shipping cannot be refunded.
